You have up to one hour after placing your order to cancel or make any changes. You can do this directly from your confirmation email, or by going to your "order status" page and cancelling the order. We do our best to ship orders out of our warehouse within three business days. Orders placed during especially busy times (sales and holidays) may take longer to leave the warehouse.
We ship to all 50 states, the EU, UK, Canada, and Australia
Please allow up to 10 business days for International (non-US) shipments.
Please note that a shipping label is created when your order is being fulfilled, however, the tracking number will only update once your package is actually picked up by the carrier and shipped. Expedited orders will ship either UPS or Fedex and will arrive in 2-3 business days (M-F, not weekends) from the date of shipping, not 2-3 business days from the time you place your order. This does not include our normal processing time of 1-3 business days, or the time it takes the shipping carrier to pick up the order from us. You will receive your order in 2-3 business days from when the shipping carrier picks up your package from us and scans your package in their system.

Please note that we only offer store credit for instances of purchasing the same color multiple times, or accidentally ordering the wrong size or item.
